Just got a reply from Mike as I asked him about the budget details and he told me to forget about that - I just need to present him a time schedule during the Christmas holidays so I will ask everyone what will they be doing so I can create a new schedule.

I know that u and Wan has to start weighting and rigging the characters - the more everyone does dduring x-mas the better as we all will be veru busy with the dissertation buts HAS TO start animating.
